• R.C.C.Frame structure as per structural consultant

FOUNDATION

• RCC Foundation taking into consideration earth quake resistant as per structural consultant.

FLOORING

• All floor area shall be provided with marble/vitrified tiled including common area & stair case.

DOORS

• All door frame shall be of sal wood and all door shutter shall be of commercial flush door shutter of green/century make.

SANITARY

• Good quality sanitary ware with standard quality of C.P. fitting & wash basing in toilet & baths.

WALL FINISH (Internal)

• All walls, ceiling shall be provided with wall putty.

WALL FINISH (External)

• All weathercoat paint on exterior of the building.

PLASTER (Internal&external)

• All surface shall be plastered with 1:4 cement mortar.

BRICK WORK

• Class 100A brick with 1:4 cement mortar.

WINDOWS

• All window shall be of fully gazed aluminium & UPVC window with 4mm glass.

KITCHEN

• Platform is of Granite & floor to be of Marble/vitrified tiles.

ELECTRICAL

• Concealed copper wiring with standard electrical accessories.

FOUNDATION

LIFT

• 4 Nos, lift of adequate capacity will be provided of Otis /Kone /Johnson make.

POWER BACKUP

• 100% Power backup by silent D.G.

• 24*7 water supply from own deep tubewell.
